England midfielder and Tottenham target Ross Barkley has been left out of the Everton pre-season tour to Tanzania.
From what I have heard the 23-year-old (24 next June) is joining us for £40 million (€45.16m - AUS$67.22m - US$51.58m) which in my view is way overpriced for a player with just a year left on his contract.
