I An Naples are reporting that Tottenham Hotspur and Premier League rivals Liverpool are chasing midfielder Piotr Zielinski.

Spurs finished second this season and can offer automatic UEFA Champions League football, Liverpool finished fourth and have to go into the play-off round and win that before they can be guaranteed to offer group stage football.
